Meet Better Built Machine's Plant Manager & Lead Engineer Wes Long.
Wes has more than two decades of experience in the machining industry, with vast knowledge of CNC machinery.
Wes has been a member of the BBM team since 2014.
He experienced BBM’s growth from a CNC machine refurbishment business to a manufacturer of its very own CNC stone router, the PALADIN.
Wes was a key team member behind the evolution of the PALADIN.
“What sparked it is Bryan and I really wanted to build a machine of our own from scratch one day, and here we are— it’s now a reality,” said Wes.
Wes has a passion for bringing things to life and impacting people in a positive way.
“When I get to see something go from an idea to a drawing to the challenge of actually constructing it, making it presentable, functional, seeing the process from start to finish, and seeing the joy of the end user and the acknowledgement of making their lives easier— it’s the greatest feeling,” said Wes.
